Opinels.co.uk cannot be held liable for injury sustained by misuse of its products, nor for prosecution resulting from inappropriate use or action on the part of the purchaser. Some models of Opinel knives could be deemed illegal due to blade length - it is the purchasers responsibility to ensure they remain within the law in their specific location.

We would strongly recommend that our products are never carried in public places.

Payments:

Our secure online payments are handled solely by PayPal - Opinels.co.uk will never ask you for your PayPal login name and/or password. We will never ask for credit card information as all payments to us are processed by PayPal.

General product warranty:

All products offered for sale by Opinels.co.uk are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This does not cover misuse or abuse, or normal wear and tear. If an item proves defective due to a material fault, we will at our discretion replace it with the same or similar item, of equal or greater value.

Please note that Opinel knives are not suitable to use for levering or as screwdrivers - blades are thin, and prone to snap under such abuse.
