18.06.08 - Move to new server complete

Having experienced the server that Opinels resides on being very slow over the last few days, I took the decision today to rent an additional server with more memory. Having prepared everything, the move went smoothly with a minimal amount of downtime (around an hour). The new server has done the trick and Opinels now seems faster than ever! If anybody was inconvenienced by the downtime, my apologies but it was necessary!

7.06.08 - Price increase imminent

Information received today regarding an imminent price increase on Opinel Knives due to the state of the GB£ currency vs. the Euro. We will maintain prices while our stock lasts, but will have to alter prices in the next 14-21 days approximately. The increase looks likely to be around 10-15% across the range, so avoid paying more! Get your Opinel today!
